Who This Is For

For adults who have never been fully seen.

I work with neurodivergent adults navigating overthinking, stuck cycles, executive function challenges, late-diagnosis grief, and the weight of major transitions. The approach is insight-first. Before strategy, there is understanding. Evidence-based methods (ERP, I-CBT, CBT) are applied where they genuinely help, not assigned as a default protocol. For LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients, identity is not the problem to fix. It is the starting point. Feeling seen is not a soft outcome. It is the foundation for everything else.

About Me

Welcome.

I've been working in mental health since 2015, beginning in Chicago's inpatient and residential behavioral health settings and an autism treatment center — where the clinical stakes of getting neurodiversity wrong were impossible to ignore.

Practicing independently since 2023 I've built a fully virtual practice for adults who have spent too long being misread. My approach is insight-first — sessions follow what is present for you, surface patterns, and connect them to the goals you came in with.
Structure enters when the work calls for it, not by default.

As a gay man of mixed-race who has navigated his own journey of self-discovery, I am committed to creating space where LGBTQ+ and BIPOC adults can finally find and honor themselves.

The Process

How we
work together

Every step is collaborative, paced by you, and grounded in evidence-based methods adapted for neurodivergent minds. You're never locked into a rigid protocol.

Modalities: CBT · ERP · Integrative · Strengths-Based · Relational

01
Follow What Is Present
Sessions begin with what is most present for you — what is on your mind, what is pressing, what connects to why you came to therapy. No agenda imposed from outside.
02
Surface the Pattern
From what emerges, we extracts deeper details and maps them to the patterns that connect to your goals. Insight comes before action — always.
03
Apply Structure Selectively
ERP for OCD. CBT for thought patterns. Workbooks when structure supports the insight. Methods are tools, not templates — applied only where they genuinely help.
04
Review at 90 Days
Goals are reviewed every 90 days. Progress is assessed, direction is adjusted, and the work stays connected to what you actually came in for.
